Engagement Types
Project-based
MXC provides consulting & analytic services aligned to a defined need and scope of work. This type of engagement is defined by the client and MXC and follows a set timeline with clear deliverables for a fixed fee determine by scope of the project.
Contracted Resource Augmentation
MXC supplements your existing team with additional manpower in any of the offering areas we provide. This type of engagement is defined by a clear scope of work that includes expected responsibilities and deliverables and an agreed upon number of hours and rate for the contract time period.
Advisory Role
MXC provides advisory services in any of our offering areas. This type of engagement can be limited in scope and on as as-needed basis. Advisory services are at a set per hour/rate that can be discussed in a free consultation prior to any advisory engagement.
